The Motorex Foam Air Filter (MOT153220) is a reusable, high-performance dual-stage off-road air filter distributed by Motorex (and manufactured using the same industry-standard specifications as Twin Air's base component 153220). It is built specifically for modern four-stroke Suzuki motocross bikes. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Dual-Stage Foam Structure: Uses a special flame-lamination process to fuse two layers of open-pore foam with different porosities together. The coarse outer layer catches sand and large dirt debris, while the fine-pori inner layer blocks sub-micron dust particles.
- Maximum Airbox Seal: Features a thick, flat, extra-wide foam sealing ring that functions as a breathable gasket. This eliminates the need for heavy grease and ensures zero unfiltered bypass air reaches the intake tract, even under extreme riding conditions.
- Air Circulation Design: Designed to be slightly smaller than the stock Suzuki OEM filter cage. This increases dead air space and circulation inside the airbox, boosting intake tract pressure and preventing the filter from clogging quickly.
