Return and Refund Policy

Return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging, including all literature, documentation and original tags.

There are no restocking fees on returns that meet these conditions. Certain products are non-returnable and will be clearly identified on their product pages.

How to return an item

Please contact us before sending an item back. Call or text 604-703-0221 or email veronica@mountainviewms.ca.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because they changed their mind or ordered the incorrect part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking information until your return is received.

If we sent the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us before returning it so we can help arrange a resolution.

Once we receive your return and issue your refund to your original method of payment, we’ll email you.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order for the merchandise you want and return the items you don’t want through our regular return process.

Vehicle parts

Any part that has been installed or shows signs of an attempted installation on a vehicle is non-returnable.
