Product Description
Upgrade your drivetrain with the Sunline 520 Steel Front Countershaft Sprocket (12-Tooth). Engineered to deliver high-performance power transfer, this front sprocket is crafted from premium, heat-treated SCM415 chromoly steel alloy to survive intense track and trail conditions. [1, 2]
Featuring precision CNC-machined engineering, it meets or exceeds all strict OEM standards. The sprocket is treated with a specialized surface parkerization layer to completely eliminate the threat of rust and aggressive corrosion over a prolonged lifespan. Built specifically for standard 520 pitch conversions and replacements, it maximizes overall drivetrain reliability while minimizing unnecessary weight. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Premium Chromoly Build: Forged out of ultra-durable, case-hardened SCM415 chromoly steel for maximum tensile strength.
- Anti-Corrosion Finish: Advanced parkerized surface coating prevents rust build-up and structural wear.
- Flawless Power Transfer: Hand-finished precision manufacturing reduces friction and ensures smooth, consistent chain roller alignment.
- Drivetrain Upgrade: Perfect for modifying gear ratios to gain punchier low-end torque on technical tracks or trail rides. [1, 2, 3, 4]
